Core calculations and saved defaults stay on your device. Basic site usage is measured with Google Analytics.

Core calculations

Clock-in times, work durations, break lengths, active countdowns and saved defaults are processed in your browser. When local saving is enabled, these values are stored on the current device.

Browser permissions

If you choose to enable a reminder, your browser may ask for notification permission. Notification settings are controlled by your browser and operating system. The current reminder works best while the page or installed web app remains available.

Information we do not need for the core tools

  • Your employer or company name.
  • Your GPS location.
  • A user account or password.
  • Access to a workplace timekeeping system.

Site measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and broad usage patterns. The Google tag sends usage and technical information to Google, such as pages viewed, browser or device information and approximate location, and may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers. Our code does not send clock-in times, work durations, break lengths, countdown values or other calculator inputs to Google Analytics; core calculations and saved defaults remain in your browser. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Clear local data

You can clear saved site data through your browser settings. Clearing site data removes saved defaults and active countdowns from that device.
