Terms

My Clock Out provides personal planning calculations. It is not an official timekeeping, payroll or legal service.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Using the service

You may use the calculators and guides for personal planning. You are responsible for entering accurate values and confirming official work records with the system or policy that applies to you.

No payroll or legal determination

Results do not decide wages, overtime, break eligibility, attendance or compliance. Workplace policies and local laws vary. Do not use the site as the sole source for a payroll dispute or legal decision.

Reminder limitations

Browsers and devices may delay or suppress timers and notifications, especially after a tab or app is closed. My Clock Out does not promise that a reminder will be delivered at an exact time on every platform.

Availability

We may update features, content or availability as the product evolves. A free core calculator is the intended default, but no uninterrupted availability guarantee is made.
